What the service is

We collect tender notices published by the Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP) and the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), normalise them into one record per opportunity, and show you the ones matching the Interests you saved. We are not affiliated with either portal, with any government department, or with any buyer.

What the service is not

• Not a bidding platform. Nothing you do here submits a bid, registers you as a supplier, or communicates with a buyer. Bidding happens on the portal.
• Not an intermediary. We take no fee, commission or cut of any contract, and we do not represent you to anyone.
• Not legal, financial or procurement advice. Whether you should bid, and on what terms, is your decision.

Accuracy, and the one rule that matters

Always confirm a Closing Date, a value or an EMD on the portal before you act on it. Every Tender here links back to its own page on CPPP or GeM for exactly that purpose.

We work hard to be accurate and we tell you where every value came from — published by the portal, read out of a document by a machine, or derived by us. But portals go down, change shape and publish corrections; documents are sometimes read wrongly; and a sweep can be hours behind a buyer’s amendment. Where a value here disagrees with the portal, the portal is right.

We provide the service as it is, without warranty that it is complete, current or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for a bidding opportunity missed, a deadline mistaken or a decision made on information shown here.

Your account

• One account belongs to one person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your sign-in.
• Give us an email address you actually control — the Digest and the confirmation link go there.
• You can delete your account at any time, which removes your profile, your saved Interests and every session.

Acceptable use

Use the service to find work you could bid on. Do not attempt to scrape it wholesale, resell the aggregated data as your own feed, break into other people’s accounts, or put load on it that degrades it for everyone else. We may suspend an account doing any of those.

The tender data itself

Tender notices are public records published by their respective portals and remain theirs. Our arrangement, normalisation and presentation of them is ours. Attribution and the link back to the source portal travel with every Tender, and stripping them is not permitted.

Cost

The service is currently free and takes no payment details. If that ever changes, it changes for accounts that opt in — an account with no stored payment method cannot be charged. The pricing page sets out the position.

Availability

This is a small service running on modest infrastructure. We do not promise uptime, and we may change, suspend or discontinue parts of it. If we discontinue it altogether, we will say so with enough notice for you to stop relying on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the one to check, and continuing to use the service after a change means the updated terms apply.
